Contact forms

We provide a contact form for your convenience to get in touch with us.  When you fill this in, your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry are provided to us for the purposes of processing your query.  We will not add you to any marketing lists without your explicit consent.


A cookie is a small text file created by a website that is stored in the user's computer either temporarily (for that session only) or permanently on the hard disk (persistent cookie). Cookies provide a way for the website to recognise you and keep track of your preferences.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Only employees and contractors of the business will have an account.

As we use Google Analytics (see below) we also set the cookies associated with Analytics tracking.

This website uses embedded content from our Facebook Business Page.


This site uses Google Analytics to anonymously track users. This software tracks what website users came from, how long they spend on our site, some information about their location and what type of device they are using to view the website. No personally identifying information is revealed to us or stored on the site. This information helps us to see what content is most useful to users, and how they are finding the site.  We use this information to make our site as useful as possible to our users. As of the date of this privacy policy we do not use re-targeting but may in future at which time we will update this privacy policy.

You can opt-out of having making your site activity available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (gtag.js, ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) that is running on websites from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.

We do not share your data with anyone outside of the business unless legally required to do so, or with your explicit permission.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (staff and contractors), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site,  you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
